The connection I create during the massage

I love massages – giving and receiving – and I’d like to share why I find it so special to massage men in my studio. What started out as a curious hobby, exploring the human body and the power of touch, has now grown into a full-fledged business, where I have given many professional massages.

What I quickly discovered with men is that communication is incredibly important. Men sometimes talk less about how they really feel and often say that everything is fine, even when a lot is going on: stress at work, personal matters that aren’t going smoothly, or feeling stuck and not entirely happy with the direction their life is taking.

All of this plays a role during a massage. I always try to create a space where you can simply land, without judgment. A place where you can just be yourself – happy, sad, or whatever emotion is present at the moment. I adjust the massage to this: firm and focused on knots (trigger points) when the body is tense, gentle and relaxing so you can let go and find inner calm, or a combination of both.

It truly feels like an honor to play a role in this. For me, it’s not just work; it’s a connection I am deeply grateful for every time. A massage that touches both body and mind, leaving you refreshed, relaxed, and full of renewed energy when you go home.

Thank you for all those beautiful moments together!

Love,

Marc
