your entire body and wrap you in an aluminum blanket. Afterward, you can relax deeply in a thermal blanket set to 80℃ (or lower, if preferred).
The warmth stimulates the effectiveness of the body wrap and helps your body efficiently eliminate stored waste and toxins.​ The pack should remain on for at least 30 minutes, after which you can use our shower to rinse it off.
