Counseling
In mijn praktijk in Amsterdam bied ik, naast massages en lichaamsverzorging, ook counseling aan. Het gaat hierbij niet alleen om ontspanning van het lichaam, maar ook om ruimte maken voor het mentale en emotionele welzijn. Het leven verandert voortdurend, en dat merk je zowel thuis als op je werk. Soms ben je bezig jezelf beter te leren kennen en verder te ontwikkelen. Op andere momenten probeer je weer kracht te vinden na een periode die simpelweg te zwaar was. En af en toe duikt er iets van vroeger op dat nog aandacht vraagt, iets dat alsnog verwerkt wil worden. Maar eerlijk is eerlijk: het is niet altijd makkelijk om dat onder woorden te brengen.
