Trauma-informed massage is a gentle and carefully tailored form of bodywork. The focus is on safety, calm, and supporting the body to gradually release built-up tension and stress step by step. The goal is not to “massage away” complaints, but to help you reconnect and experience safety within your own body. By supporting the nervous system, the body can gradually move out of a fight, flight, or freeze state.

Due to rising fixed costs and higher procurement expenses, I have slightly adjusted the massage prices. The price increase amounts to € 3,- to € 5,- per massage. The prices of all other treatments remain unchanged.
