In my practice in Amsterdam, I offer counseling
in addition to massages and body care.
This is not only about relaxing the body but also
about creating space for mental and emotional
well-being.

Life is constantly changing, and you feel that both at home and at work. Sometimes you’re focused on getting to know yourself better and growing as a person. At other moments, you’re trying to regain strength after a period that was simply too heavy.
And every now and then, something from the past resurfaces — something that still needs attention, something that wants to be processed after all.
But let’s be honest: it’s not always easy to put that
into words.

I offer a safe space to reflect on what is truly going on. During a session, we listen together, explore feelings and patterns, and look at ways to better cope with stress, emotions, or personal challenges. This can offer support with work pressure, relationship issues, important life decisions, or simply to take a conscious moment to reflect on yourself.
What makes my approach unique is that touch and conversation often complement each other. Sometimes a massage releases tension, creating
space to feel and speak more clearly. With a cup of
tea afterwards, we can calmly explore what’s going on, without judgment and at your own pace.
Counseling with me is therefore not just about
talking, but about truly connecting with yourself
and discovering what you need to feel better.
