Do I take off my underpants or do I keep them on?

The answer is actually quite simple: do whatever feels comfortable for you. This is your moment of rest and relaxation, so choose what feels right and pleasant.
Throughout the entire massage, you’ll be covered with a large, soft XXL towel - you decide what feels comfortable.

A standard part of the massage is that I also massage the gluteus (buttocks) and make long, smooth stroking movements from neck to ankle. If you wear underwear, I will of course skip this part of the massage.

Blocked nose

Why does my nose get blocked 

during a massage?

Sometimes you can experience a stuffy nose during
a massage. You lie face down on the massage table, causing sinus fluids to move towards your nose and throat. Some clients find this very bothersome and
as a result, they may not fully enjoy the massage.

A nasal spray containing xylometazoline immediately resolves this issue. It is available through me.
For hygienic reasons, only a new bottle can be used. The purchase cost is € 10,-.

Subscription

When you regularly undergo a massage, it will work preventively and reduce the chance of recurring complaints, while helping you relax more.

Your body is used every day, every minute of the day. Often, tension builds up unnoticed in the body, which over time becomes entrenched. This can manifest in painful shoulders, neck, arms, lower back, and even legs. Restless sleep and excessive worrying can also be signs of tension. A massage on a regular basis can reduce and even eliminate this tension, allowing you to do things painlessly again and sleep through the night without interruption. Invest in your well-being with our massage subscription and give your body
the attention it deserves.

Terms and Conditions of Massage Subscription:

  • One massage per month for a consecutive period of six months.

  • The subscription is personal and can only be used by the person who subscribed or as otherwise agreed upon.

  • The subscription starts on the first day of the month.

  • You pay the subscription fee upfront for the entire period.

  • You need to make an appointment for the treatment.

  • If you are unable to come in the current month,
    the treatment can be postponed for a maximum of one month. The massage can then be used in the following month, allowing you to have two massages in that month.

  • If you want an additional treatment or wish to have a longer massage, the extra time will be calculated afterward.

  • The subscription will not be automatically renewed.

  • Under no circumstances can a refund of the subscription fee be claimed.

A massage course for two is a workshop of about three hours where, together and under my guidance, you’ll learn the basics of massage. You’ll discover simple yet powerful techniques - perfect to use at home. Whether you’re a couple or friends, it’s a wonderful way to spend quality time together.
