What will you take with you, what will you leave behind, and what do you truly want to focus on in 2026?Sometimes the new year is about getting fitter, changing jobs, or perhaps finding a new love. Wonderful goals, but often one essential resolution is missing: giving yourself loving attention, taking time to truly be with yourself.


Giving yourself more attention doesn’t mean adding yet another task to your to-do list, it’s about slowing down. Pausing to check in with yourself, both physically and mentally. In a busy life, this isn’t automatic, but it is essential.

A massage is often seen as a little luxury, something you treat yourself to occasionally. In reality, it’s mainly a way to care for your body.
