Mijn naam is Marc, oorspronkelijk uit Haarlem, maar woon alweer ruim 25 jaar in het mooie Amsterdam vlakbij het Vondelpark. Vanuit deze fijne plek geef ik lichaamsbehandelingen die speciaal ontwikkeld zijn voor de man. Of het nu gaat om een dieptereiniging van de huid, een wax behandeling of een massage naar keuze.
About me
After years of dedication in mental healthcare,
I felt it was time for a new challenge - one that was
not only professionally fulfilling but also personally meaningful. I longed for work where I could truly connect with people in a direct and tangible way.
That search led me to Body Care for Men.
A space created specifically for men, where attention, relaxation, and safety are central. A studio where you can take a moment to land, without judgment.
Where you are simply allowed to be.
The male body is built differently from the female body. Men often have more muscle mass and experience different types of tension and physical discomfort, for example due to work or sports.
To respond to these needs as effectively as possible, I’ve fully specialized in massaging men.
When necessary, I use deeper and firmer techniques to work into the muscle layers.
This helps release stubborn knots more
effectively, creating more space for recovery.
A massage not only helps release tension in
your body but also gives your mind a sense
of calm. For a moment, you don’t have to do
anything - just relax and feel your breathing
slow down. In that moment of stillness,
you reconnect with yourself - the busyness
of the day fades away, and space for peace is created. This way, you leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and full of new energy.
In addition to massages, I also offer various
body treatments for men. Whether it's a thorough skin cleansing, an invigorating body scrub,
or a professional waxing treatment, I ensure
that you always leave the practice feeling refreshed and well cared for.​

Although I sometimes miss working in mental healthcare, I know I made the right choice.
Since making the transition, I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many amazing people, and I’m incredibly grateful for that!
