Autumn is knocking at the door. The days are getting shorter, it gets dark earlier, and the air outside quickly feels cooler. It’s the season when we seek warmth and coziness: lighting candles, turning up the heater a little, and enjoying snug moments indoors.

Many people think of massage mainly as something physical: loosening knots and the feeling of being worked on firmly. But what happens in your mind at the same time is just as important. As your body relaxes, your breathing deepens, your heartbeat slows down, and you notice the constant stream of thoughts quieting. You become fully present in the moment.

I love massages – giving and receiving – and I’d like to share why I find it so special to massage men in my studio. What started out as a curious hobby, exploring the human body and the power of touch, has now grown into a full-fledged business, where I have given many professional massages.

What started five years ago as a hobby has now grown into a trusted destination for massages and body care for men in Amsterdam and the surrounding area.
